At Grace we care for each other, welcome all worshipers, have fun together, and engage in
ministry with our neighbors.
Caring for each other
GRACEsprings. Support, meal, and prayer to nourish and heal community. A free
supper, followed by a healing service, classes, and support groups. Second Wednesday of the month.

Parent's Round Table. Facilitator-led discussion on parenting; the joys and
challenges. Meets during Sunday School during the academic year. Led by Rose McManus Carlsen.

the street from Macalester College

Congregational potlucks 3 – 4 times a year after the second service

Sisters Celebration banquet Every spring

Salt Shaker Meals Members and friends gather in homes for an evening meal in groups of
eight. Takes place in the spring.

Knitting Group Monday evenings at Kitty Anderson's home

OWLS (Older, Wiser Lutherans) Gather at the home of Peggy and Richard Anderson Mann on the
second Tuesday of the month at 1:30pm

Ministry with our neighbors

AA group Monday, 6pm, in the lounge. Open to all persons.

Loaves and Fishes Fourth Wednesday of the month at Holy Rosary Catholic
Church
- Meals on Wheels Delivered to the homebound by Grace members every seven weeks.

Support for medical missionaries Dr. Helmut and Rotraut Diefenthal in Tanzania
- ISAIAH Grace is a member of this faith-based organization along with 90 other churches working for justice.

12-Step Support Groups Weekly meetings for Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) on Mondays at 6 pm; Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) on Wednesdays at 10:30 am; and Eating Disorders Anonymous (EDA) on Fridays at 5:45 pm
